Evaluations Recitals for Piano Solo & Ensemble

This event provides an opportunity for young musicians to gain performance experience in a non-competitive setting. Professional judges will evaluate each piano solo, duet, or duo performance and provide written comments. Each one-hour recital will include entrants of similar age. Recitals are open to the public.

Piano Competition

This event offers musicians a chance to compete by age group. The Competition auditions, in recital format, are open to the public. With the exception of Honorable Mention recipients, all prize winners must perform in the Winners Concert in order to receive their monetary awards.

Competition Divisions and Performance Time Limit

  Primary I Division Grade 1 - 4 6 minutes
  Primary II Division Grade 5 - 7 8 minutes
  Junior Division Grade 8 - 9 10 minutes
  Senior Division Grade 10 - 12 12 minutes
